Perfectly comfortable apartment in the best location in town. Mirko is excellent host with plenty of goodwill to accommodate guests' requests. Top quality in every sense.

You cannot beat the location of this property. At the foot of the duomo. It was spacious and clean and well appointed. Wi-Fi worked very well and kitchen is well stocked. The owners met us with the keys, gave us amazing restaurant recommendations for fabulous Umbrian food and then made arrangements for storing our bags for the day when we weren’t quite ready to leave Orvieto.

Host kindly met us at an easy to find location and then helped.tremendously in explaining the different parking choices and then bringing us to our choice and translating for us! We also had the opportunity to check in a bit earlier which is always great. Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, complimentary large bottles of Naturale and Frizzante water, snacks, espresso pods, (all so appreciated by the tired traveler) and then the semi rare in Italy comfortable beds and great showers and water pressure. A cafe for great cappuccino is steps away (and open seemingly more than any other cafe) as is the Duomo and all the shops. The apartment is set back and quiet from street noise. Honestly every thing you want as a traveler to a cool historic hilltop town is here. Traveled with my son and we had separate bedrooms, bathrooms and nice space to feel together and private.

Location was great, literally minutes walk from everything else. It was nice and quiet at night also. Everything was clean and well-equipped.

Mirko, the apartment owner met us at the front of the apartment, coordination with him was very easy since he immediately responds via WhatsApp especially when we had a hard time getting a taxi from the train station. There were 3 of us staying in the apartment and it was very spacious, it can actually accommodate 6. The heating system was comfortably warm, the kitchen was well equipped. There was complimentary water, breakfast pastries, coffee and kitchen cooking essentials available for us. The location cannot be more ideal. It is so central, just 15 meters away, you can view the Duomo from the corner street. Shops and restaurants are just right across our doorstep. Very quiet even though we were at the center of the old town. Mirko gave us restaurant recommendations and we tried one which was excellent. Thank you Mirko for making our stay in Orvieto a great one.

Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, outstanding location, very friendly host. Quite clean. Great for our family of 4.

Parking was a challenge- no fault of the owners

Everything was excellent! The host was very helpful with several unexpected situations during our trip. The appartment was better prepared than we expected. It was warm, clean, and in an amazing location. We would recommend this place to any family or small group travelling to Orvieto without any second thoughts.
