USWe had a wonderful stay. The property could not be more perfectly located, right in the heart of Orvieto. The apartment was quite large and well equipped- we had absolutely everything we needed. The owners were great to work with- easy communication and they were available if we had issues (although we had none). They even let us store our bags after checkout which was a huge plus!

AUExceptional accommodation, truly a home away from home! Modern, beautifully decorated, all the creature comforts with a 5 star hotel feel. Plenty of everything, coffee, tea, water, snacks all provided. Very secure and private with lots of windows for natural light & breeze. Hosts were on time to meet us & super friendly. Loved the extra care and attention to detail they have put into this apartment.
We could only stay one night, could have stayed for months
USThis is a perfect property in every respect: comfort, location, convenience and a helpful host. It's a modern, fully updated apartment in a historic building that is close to historic sites, restaurants and shopping. It's quiet at night. And bonus -- there are turtles in the garden. Our host provided breakfast pastries and coffee, but there's a cute breakfast cafe just across the street as well.

USApartment is newly renovated, in great condition, and in a very central location. Great for two couples or families. The hosts are the best you can hope for. Mirko and Michela were ready to answer all our questions since the time we booked and provided great recommendations on parking, restaurants, etc. They even met us at the parking lot and helped with luggage. Truly wonderful people. Will definitely stay again if return to Orvieto.

We loved everything about the property. It was great.
USUpon arrival it was raining and I had an automobile. It is not easy to find your way around in a car, easy on foot, if you're not familiar in the town. I had to park somewhere and make it to the condo on foot. The host are waiting, very welcoming, super helpful, and then drove me around a path I would have never found to get my mom in the car. Then we followed them all the way around another way which I wouldn't have figured out easily to a parking area by the main Cathedral that was very close. The location was great, the place is fantastic, it smells amazing.
