Casa Dolce Casa

The location was perfect; right in the centre of town lots of eateries and bars nearby. It was very close to the Duomo and had lots going on but the property itself was not noisy at all. They had taken some trouble to make everything available to us with different coffee machines and breakfast foods.

Well - we had to bring milk and bread and butter for breakfast perhaps we could have ordered it from them?

Location, comfort, and customer support: they all get high marks! We had a great experience in Orvieto and Casa Dolce Casa played a great role in it. Mirko was very helpful before and during our stay. Ask him to give you suggestions for restaurants: we did and were extremely pleased!

Excellent communication, they provided excellent care of us, and clearly take very good care of this charming and spotlessly clean apartment. Easiest Wi-Fi connection ever. Nice bedding, little snacks and water on arrival. Thoughtful management everywhere. Quiet but right off the main pedestrian street. Just everything from pre-arrival communication, to a nice text after check out. We were party of 3 and all of the same opinion on every aspect of this super clean and comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Everything was above expectations!

Unbelievable host. Mirko met us at our car and helped us carry luggage to the apartment. he gave recommendations for places to dine and checked in with us, via text to ensure we didn’t need anything. I received a parking ticket in error and Mirko spent several days printing off emails and proof of payment and talking to the police on our behalf until the fine was reversed. Mirko went so far above to ensure that we were taken care of. And If his kindness want enough, his home was spotless and well appointed. The location was just steps from the Duomo and close to parking. Would definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

There was no breakfast included but there are bakeries and food stores all around.

So basically it was all delightful. We could have used a washing machine for an extended stay. That always makes for less luggage. The sheets and towels were the slightest bit rough and this is due to natural drying.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Just around the corner from the Duomo, and only a five min walk from parking (piazza Marconi). Apartment was comfortable, clean, and stocked with amenities. Mirko and Michela were great hosts: we were running late coming from Rome, but I stayed in contact with them and they were able to meet us when we arrived. They were very accommodating and gracious.

The apartment is in the beautiful old part of Orvieto close to the Duomo. It is large enough for four adults with two excellent bathrooms. Each bedroom has air con. There is a separate kitchen with everything you need. Ex wifi. The host is very responsive and when we got lost we WhatsApped a photo of where we were and he met us there and guided us to the apartment. Fantastic service, thank you Mirko.

The apartment is so clean and very comfortable. It was recently renovated so everything is in good shape. The location is excellent you can walk to everything!
