Maybe wasn’t as clean as we’d look for in an accommodation

The location was amazing with beautiful views and cabin was lovely and comfortable.

My only problem was the wifi in our cabin was patchy i couldn't connect all weekend. Luckily my wife had a phone signal so we could check on our kids.

Location/view was beautiful and cabin room well decorated. Food at restaurant very good quality and hot tub fantastic.

Seemed very impersonal with lack of personnel- lack of any form of welcome pack or even bare minimum complimentaries such as teabags or coffee. Even the book in the cabin seemed more like a list of what not to do as opposed to enriching the experience of the customer. No breakfast option at all - the on-site restaurant wasn't even open. Terraced cabin rooms as opposed to a private stand a lone cabin which wasn't clear and lowered privacy levels. In comparison to other similar holidays we've been on within price bracket, did not completely live up to expectations. Also unclean glasses and cobwebs in main room and WiFi not working (particularly important with lack of mobile service) for the entirety of our stay.

The views where amazing, the room was spacious

The location. Although initially very disappointed by the exterior look of our cabin, which was not a seperate log cabin but in a block, we were pleased by the interior. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was very good when the hot water finally came through, which took forever!! Hot tub was excellent.

We felt that a small welcome pack would be good in the log cabin (ie tea, coffee, sugar sachets) Toilet door lock couldn't lock as there was nowhere to put it into! Could hear our neighbours through the walls! Privacy screen for hot tub was lacking in the end cabin. When booking through Booking.com, we assumed that we were getting a separate cabin and didn't realise we were getting an end terraced cabin, didn't state this anywhere when booking.
