Leicester City Center The Boat House Building

Avoid avoid avoid !!! Dirty, mouldy, not safe as patio doors didn’t have a key and reception staff could not provide one. Bathroom Window was literally hanging off. The smell of cannabis is unreal and pardon my french but generally a shit hole !!!

The apartment itself is lovely and the area is great

It wasn’t clean at all, I didn’t feel comfortable or able to rest because it was dirty. The settee’s the smell, the carpets, the dishes. Even though all of these were replaced for me by the property

Absolutely nothing

Building was filthy, stunk of smoke, holes in the walls, stains on the carpets and bedding. Felt completely unsafe. Bed was contained with mould and front door to the room did not feel safe. Left within 30 minutes of arriving!
