amazing, was exceptionally clean, sugar and coffee was provided. all facilities were provided as said. Very clean and easy to check in and out. staff were amazing and so nice and supportive. 24 hour reception was very useful.

The double bed was comfortable, had blacked out windows, had everything we needed, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs etc.

The shower was scolding hot with first time use, was difficult to get to right temperature, the balcony was off putting because you can see the floor which made us feel sick. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and tricky to put up. The hooks were broken so couldn’t latch onto sofa, therefore it kept on moving when laying on it and nearly falling through. The shower mat made the room stink after showers where it was constantly wet and left to dry, the mat wasn’t the right one for a shower room, it was fluffy. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working so which made the bathroom smell worse. Room 404.
