Beautiful quiet neighborhood in a good location in Kyoto, traditional aesthetic, Clean, very comfortable, great bath, easy to find and enter, mini-amenities offered like coffee and tea were a nice welcome

Door is locked only with an easy to guess key code, only one bathroom, slightly difficult communication with owners about kyoto tourist city tax

Comfortable, beautiful townhome. Check-in was a breeze. The private onsen was a perfect retreat and we had more than enough space for 2 - easily could have fit 4. It was convenient to be able to do laundry.
