I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival I noticed a lot of dust in the elevator When I checked into my room I found that the washbasin water wasnt working and the toilet tank wasn't functioning either The next morning I woke up at 7 AM expecting breakfast but according to the hotel's booking details breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 AM to 10 AM. When I informed the manager about this there was no response or apology he only said that breakfast will be served at 9 30 AM when in the booking it has said otherwise. I had an appointment at 10 AM and had to skip breakfast to make it on time. To top it all off, I paid for breakfast and a certain level of service that I didn't receive at all not even the BASICS!!! Not recommended at all if changes not done.

I liked the location of the hotel.

I didn't like the following: 1. There was no proper housekeeping facilities and I had to call up the reception using the duty incharge' s mobile number each time I needed some drinking water, toiletries, etc. 2. There was no hot water available 3. The toilet seat was broken 4. There was hardly any breakfast option given. 5. The lady at the front desk was very rude and didn't want to compromise on the checkout time even though two of her male colleagues had already agreed to let me check out a bit late since I had my return Bus booked around the afternoon time. 6. There was no AC in the room even though I was shown the AC option at this price while making the reservation.

Staffs very helpful.

room bed not good. The toilet very difficult to use. Room service not good. Brakfas not available on time every day same things one day no brake fast. Bed sheet not changed. Smell not good. Construction work going on and lot of sound.
