The Moonlight at Ryedale House

Apartment was fabulous! Great location! Easy to find. There were no spaces left to book in the car park. The car park opposite was fully booked and the one down the road was a demolition site. Had to park 15 minutes walk away. Cost us £40 for two nights. Really disappointed with this.

Book g of the car park for the apartments should have been explained better. Cost us £40 in a car park 10-15 minutes walk away. I have arthritis and was carrying bags and it was cold and late evening in the dark.

Ryedale is our go to accommodation in York, close to the city centre. The moonlight apartment was lovely but mattresses were very hard.

We've stayed at Ryedale a few times in past 12 months and because parking was always included with other apartments took it for granted and didn't look at the small print for moonlight . So be aware... book and pay your parking at time of booking and not like us. We had the difficult task of trying to find secure 48 hour parking the day before arrival and with the run up to Xmas! (Just for reference managed to prebook parking at The barbican carpark)

Very comfortable and stunning decor

Nothing, staff accommodating and nothing too much trouble.

Apartment was great! It was modern, clean, everything you need & great location with parking.

Car parking space was very small & tight. We only just got in the space plus there was 2 concrete posts on our allocated slot making it even more tricky.

Great place to stay. A real treat

Make sure you book/enquire about the onsite parking well in advance. We were only able to have a space for one of the two nights of our stay. You will find that parking in York is expensive otherwise.
