Modern Studio near Clive River

Lovely clean modern accommodation

Location was perfect for my places of work. I appreciated the privacy and quietness. The spacious studio was very well appointed, warm and sunny, with great kitchen facilities. Two beautiful chookies outside were good company!

The hosts were amazing as well as Kathie their cleaner. Exceptional communication between both of them & their customer service goes above and beyond! The studio is a lovely modern studio with plenty of room! Comfortable bed & couch as well as everything needed to cook a meal in the kitchen! Ample parking space, cute & cosy little patio with a massive garden & trampoline for the kiddies! There where also 2 chicken that visited me each morning (I was feeding them each morning so that was why they kept coming back 😂) The shower pressure was amazing & the bathroom was clean and tidy also with a heated drying rack which was amazing for the cold mornings! There was no washing machine however Kathie offered to wash our clothes for us which was very thoughtful! There is a laundromat just down the road though. I very highly recommend you stay here 🥰

There is nothing that i can fault about this property! I highly HIGHLY recommend you stay here!

Superb accommodation very pleased this was available as it was a last minute thought. Quick clear and easy response for checkin information. Spotless very well presented with lovely surrounding. Quiet spot. Thankyou would stay again

Aesthetically and practically I understand the concept of the polished floor but personally it was too cold on my feet even wearing slippers ...maybe just use to carpet. Also dining chairs made noise when moving but could solve with felt placed under legs
