Modern Studio near Clive River

A very modern and stylish appartment.. Very well appointed with cooking facilities.

Nothing it was all good.

We liked everything about the studio 😊 It was obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought in building, furnishing, equipping and decorating of the place and thought of all the small details, including a helpful welcome book. The whole place is new and super clean. It’s also really nice to have a garden and terrace. The location is great, you can start for a walk from the garden and explore the river and beach or drive to one of the nearby wineries or go for a hike at Te Mata Peak. The hosts are nice and helpful. Internet is good, TV has Netflix etc, and there is even a washing machine. This has definitely been the nicest stay in NZ within that price range and we would happily come back anytime!

I‘m saying this as someone who used to travel all the time for work and has stayed in hundreds of hotels etc. - I truly didn’t find anything I’d do differently 😊 everything was perfect

Fabulous location , lovely river walk , central access to Hastings/ Napier .

Next doors dogs barked constantly which was disruptive when using their lovely garden .

Spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped. Good access to the river walk from the garden - either in to town or along to the sea.

Perfect location. Private, easy access, well presented

Nothing, it was a great find and we will be back.
