"Good value for money and really nice"

Exactly as pictured, clean, new, comfortable. The owners were polite when we saw them but otherwise left us to do our own thing. A booklet was included with where to get to things in the area and good food spots etc which was a nice touch. Also only 15 mins from Napier or Hastings

"Really liked staying here, although handy to town it had an almost rural feel to it."

I liked the location in between Napier and Hastings. As we were working down Farndon Road just out of Clive, it was really handy. The access to the cycle trail was great and I'll consider bringing bikes next time.
