The property has a nice historic New Orleans look to it with the fenced in gated front yard and the architecture. Property has a lot of potential.

It seems the property is a renovation project and while it was fine, there are things that need fixing. As an example, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, let alone lock.

No estaba muy alejado del centro

Pésima relación calidad precio, muy caro para lo que se oferta. En el menaje de cocina no iba el abre latas, no había estropajos para frenar, escobas, por haber no había ni dos simples vasos. La verdad es que bastante mal en ese aspecto. La tel no iba. Solo te dan una llave para las dos puertas, por lo tanto una no se puede cerrar,…

Lots of room, Bed was comfy. Cheap stay for a pretty central location to watch the parades in uptown. Area is relatively safe.

You can hear everything that’s happening outside. The neighbors are loud and one of them banged on our window and rang the doorbell over and over again at 3am because a car that wasn’t ours was blocking the driveway.

Size, landlord, decor & layout, porch & yard

Needs fresh plants, more trash cans, bigger or more armoires or storage areas for clothes especially, but also for toiletries in shower

Everything else. Old house crappy pillows only one set of towels tub peeling shower broke host never responded to anything first day no Wi-Fi . Spiderwebs everywhere. Bed need to be replaced. Blinds filthy and broken.
