The Old Surgery, Central cosy cottage in the heart of Whitby

Everything about our stay was lovely, couldn't have asked for more, the host thought of everything ☺️ its always the thoughtful little touches that make it for me, and The old surgery had just that, it was really nice to read through the folder that was on the table so thankyou for that too. I would highly recommend to family and friends, infact my mother in law (who comes to whitby about 3 times per year) has already taken down the information and is looking to book here when she comes next! Nothing at all

It had everything you could possibly need for a stay. It was immaculate, cosy and warm. (We arrived in storm Amy)The bed was super comfortable and a beautiful modern kitchen.

Lovely place, great location - very comfortable and home from home feel.

Very narrow streets for parking and driving trying to find the cottage - in the end i parked in the pay and display on Silver Street which was good and only a minute walk away but so much easier to park

Fabulous location, close to bars, cafe and car parking. The cottage is extremely well equipped has everything you need to spend a weekend or longer (if you are lucky) in Whitby. Great bath shower combo with instant hot water. Strong WiFi with a TV that has enough channels to keep everyone entertained. Loads of cupboard space in the bedrooms a big comfy bed and a decently large wardrobe. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely location. Very close to the centre of Whitby. Nice set out inside

Noisy due to residents upstairs. Back yard unusable due to excessive moss

It was very clean, the bed and seating were comfortable, and the cottage was very well equipped. There is plenty of hot water and a good refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine. Excellent shower over bath in spacious bathroom. The cottage is centrally situated with an easy walk to harbour area with restaurants etc

We had problems finding parking zone W to park our car . We later found a list/ map in the middle of the The Old Surgery cottage file. It would have been useful to have been sent a link to the relevant Internet page before arriving. We could have printed our own map of Zone W roads.
