Really nice, compact studio apartment. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Well maintained and friendly host. Good amenities locally and buses nearby for 20 min ride to the centre of Bologna.

Really lovely apartment, it was decorated really nicely and very clean! There was enough to cook a simple meal and special little touches like a small bottle of local wine and water in the fridge. It was easy to get into Bologna, I just walked to and from without any problems. It was also within about 30 minute walk to the train station where you can visit many other places in the region. Communication with Alessandro was very easy and he was very helpful!

As with many apartments, the walls were thin so you could hear people next door quite easily and need to be extra considerate of others about making noise.

This self-contained apartment is absolutely ideal if you're attending a meeting at the conference centre like I was. It's within reasonable walking distance of the city centre if you are instead planning a city break. It is in quiet neighbourhood, conveniently located nears cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, and well-serviced by public transport. The facilities are good and comfortable, and the terrace was a real bonus. Alessandro is an attentive host and was very happy to satisfy reasonable requests. Definitely recommended!

The location is good. Close to centro and there supermarkets and bus stop in 3 minutes walk.

The best thing is terrace, where you can chill. Another one is that bus stops are close to the place. Also great design shown even in details. The owner is very helpful and friendly （╹◡╹）
