Sehr wohnliches Studio, geschmackvolle und dekorative Details, eintauchen in italienisches Wohnflair. Verkehrsgünstige Lage, Coop und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. 30 min zu Fuß in die Stadt. Alessandro war für uns der perfekte Gastgeber. Tipps, Großzügigkeit und Taxibestellung inklusive. Mille Grazie !

"Ottimo soggiorno di lavoro"

Host davvero disponibile, flessibile e molto gentile. La struttura è molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno medio-lungo. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere Bologna Fiere e il Palazzo dei Congressi.

La zona è naturalmente un po’ distante dal centro e, di conseguenza, non particolarmente ricca di bar o ristoranti. Si tratta tuttavia di una zona silenziosa e tranquilla la sera.

"Very nice and clean place with everything you might need"

Very nice place, comfortable and very clean. Small kitchen with everything you need. Private terrace outside, ideal for the sunny days. Few supermarkets and some restaurants close by. 20-25 min walk to the city center. Highly recommended!

"Beautiful comfortable accommodation"

Beautiful accommodation, everything you could possibly need, even umbrellas if it’s raining. Room was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Owner kindly let me check in early which was much appreciated. I really enjoyed my relaxing stay here and would recommend! Not too far from city either, less than 30 mins walk. Super close to conference centre which was handy!
