Le Tre Terrazze

This apartment is clearly arranged with care and love, thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. It may not be ideal for families with young children, and definitely not for those hoping to explore the sights of central Bologna — the location is a bit far, and public transport costs €2.30 per ride. There are no large supermarkets or chain restaurants nearby, so most supplies will need to be brought from the city center. The room includes refined and delicate decor, so it’s not well-suited for young kids. But for a work trip, or for philosophers, poets, scholars, artists, and couples — it’s a wonderful and peaceful place to stay. The listing on Booking doesn’t mention everything, but during my visit, the apartment had it all: a hairdryer, ironing tools, various kitchenware, a microwave, toiletries, and three towels. The fridge is quiet, and the air conditioning is strong — it cools the space quickly. The host is patient, explains everything clearly, and is very helpful throughout your stay. For me, while attending a conference, it was a perfect and comfortable working environment.

There is no elevator, so it might be difficult for elderly couples or guests with large suitcases. However, I had no trouble managing with my work luggage.It’s quite a long walk to the city center or the train station, so if being close to the center is a priority, this might not be the best option. If people are talking on the other side of the terrace, it’s very easy to hear everything. Also, two groups on neighboring terraces can end up disturbing each other with noise.

It’s a place with a soul, a family business where the owners really care. I loved the property and the attitude! I loved the black-out drapes, it makes the apartment as dark as at night, perfect for a great sleep. Terrace is stunning. Furnishings are authentic and very beautiful

Good value. Very nice and flexible host. Early check-in has been made possible. Really very carefully and tastefully designed room and bathroom. Nice and spacious terrace. All the kitchen facilities that you need. A quite neighbourhood, so I could sleep very well. (A nice coffee place near by for breakfast). All in all felt very comfy at this place. Had a really good time there.

The location was perfect, as I had flown in to Bolognia for the children's book fair. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the fair and less than 20 minutes from the city centre. Ideal for exploring Bologna on my last day. The owner is an extremely nice man. There was no problem even when the flight was delayed and we arrived at the apartment very late. The apartment has everything to prepare something warm to eat. Clean, well-kept, quiet area.
