Le Tre Terrazze

The accommodation is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. The room is nice, clean and with everything you need (comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a small kitchen with basic utensils to make yourself coffee, tea or some cooking). Compared to some other accommodations where you almost have to put everything on the floor besides your bed the room is actually practical with wardrobe, table, chair etc. The owner is also very friendly, flexible and helpful when needed. Great neighbourhood with lot of facilities and close to the Bologna fair.

The price was quite high due to the Bologna Fair happening at the moment but unfortunately that was the case for all hotels so I still recommend the room.

L'alloggio ha soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative. Le foto sono assolutamente veritiere rispetto alla realtà. Con Alessandro è stato semplice comunicare ed è stato disponibile e di supporto per la mia permanenza. Mi trovavo a Bologna per un corso e la sede della scuola è nella via affianco a quella de Le Tre Terrazze, quindi per me la posizione è stata ottima, sono arrivata a piedi dalla stazione con una passeggiata di circa 30 minuti, non ho girato per la città quindi non so dire quanto possa essere comodo spostarsi nelle varie zone. Il cucinino è dotato di tutto l'essenziale per organizzare pasti semplici e colazione per due persone. Ho avuto il piacere di trovare anche qualche merendina e qualche bottiglietta d'acqua. Avendo poco tempo libero ed essendo inverno non ho avuto il piacere di godermi la terrazza che però chiamava per piacevoli colazioni e chiacchierate serali in altre stagioni.

Nettes "Home Base" um die Stadt kennenzulernen und gelegentlich abends zu kochen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Öffis zu empfehlen um Laufzeit zu sparen, Terrasse vergrößert die sonst eher kleine Fläche.

Das kleine Bad ist schön ausgestattet, die Dusche jedoch eher eng und der Wasserdruck gering. Das Zimmer ist hellhörig zum Flur, den die anderen Gäste durchqueren. Der Rauchmelder blinkt so hell in der Nacht, dass wir ihn abdecken mussten.
