The location

They said breakfast was included and when we got there they said not anymore, and the shower dispensers were empty all the time, showers not clean enough, and the beds were so uncomfortable

The location was great and the price was good.

The bathrooms were a mess. There wasn't any breakfast in the morning although it is included in the booking. In addition nobody informed us about the breakfast being cancelled when we checked in.

Location was nice

Room was freezing cold, no one told us where to find warm blankets luckily we were able to find them.. in the kitchen, “breakfast included” didn’t happened they do not have breakfast, the shower and bathroom were disgusting, the arrival was chaotic, received a working code for the doors but no access to common area, that would have been nice to know that checking at 3 p.m. was for the entire place not just for the room like everywhere else we went. Not my first hostel, so I wasn’t expecting anything crazy for the price but this was bad.

The location was really good and the staff nice.

It could have a mirror in the room and the showers need a better maintenance.

the cleanliness and the fat that we booked this hostel because the breakfast was included but learned at breakfast time that you canceled it without warning us...

It was my first time in a hostel and loved the atmosphere and hospitality, love the sense of community and making friends from different cultures! The guy with the dreadlocks who checked me in was awesome and very welcoming, i cannot remember his name for some reason!

I know sleeping in a hostel comes with this, but someone snored really hard and has nothing to do with the hostel itself lol

Bathrooms were nice and clean. Staff was super nice.

The entry way smelled so bad of urine and was disgusting I was afraid of what the place was going to be like.
