"Beautiful dreamy trip and stay"

10.0

The riad is an awesome hidden gem in Fes. In the middle but 2 lanes behind the main thoroughfare, which makes it a very quiet retreat. The staff there is awesome. For me it felt like family. They allowed me to make my own tea, the way I like it and the accommodations they offered were awesome. The day we had a day trip planned to chaoen Mohammed made us an early breakfast and set us off on our trip. Also Ilhaam ( hopefully I am spelling her name correctly ) helped with arrangements for Medina Qadeem tour for us at a short notice. I can go on and on about the good stuff and good times but overall I really recommend this place. Last but not least if you get lost lost in the Medina ( more than 10,000) streets and 1200 masjid. Help is just a phone call away. 😂. Oh one more thing, for help and security the front desk is maned 24/7.

Everything was awesome 🤩.

Location was away from the hustle bustle of the Medina. Mohammed was good and arranged things for us.

There was some work going on and power kept cutting in the evening. Wifi kept dropping off.

"Feeling like home and great location"

9.0

The staff, from the person in charge, Mohammed, to the girls working in the Riad. We decided to end our trip in Marocco by spending some days in Fez and the Riad was a delightful discovery. Mohammed helped us in organizing some tours within the Medina and in Meknès and Volubilis (very beautiful villages not so far from Fez). Moreover, one night, Fathia, the girl working in the kitchen, cooked for us even with a torch (!), as the electricity went down for some time. The breakfast. We really enjoyed the breakfast, various and hearty :) The location. The Riad is just at the border of the Medina, so everything very easy to reach. To conclude, we really appreciated this warm and gorgeous moroccan hug :)

Everything was perfect, thanks again :)

"Disappointing"

4.0

One aspect that saved the stay was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly one who went out of his way to assist us and resolve any issues that arose. His dedication and effort added a personal touch to our stay.

This riad in Fez was disappointing. While the riad had potential with its traditional charm, several issues made our stay less enjoyable. The electricity kept going out frequently, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the riad didn’t live up to what was advertised. Certain amenities that were promised weren’t available, and the room under the terrace was cold, noisy, and not as comfortable as we had hoped. That said, one of the workers at the riad were hospitable and went out of their way to assist us, which we truly appreciated. Their kindness and willingness to help made a challenging stay a bit more bearable. While other parts of our trip were enjoyable, the stay in Fez was not up to the standard we expected.
