Staff, design and location

Our room was on the base floor and the bathroom was not in a good shape. The smell of the bathroom was annoying specifically at nights

Nicely located in the centrum of the medina

Our room smelled strong like chlorine - we only stayed 1 night so it was okay but for a longer stay it would have become arduous

It is a little worn down and not very private (sound really carries), but good value for the price

Very huge thanks to Muhammad, he helped us a lot . I think that this riad is very traditional and exceeds expectations for the price range.

Location and terrace was good

There wasn’t any closet or hanger to hang or put our clothes, jackets also no hanger for towels either. It was so dark inside the room

The staff were nice, especially the guy who helped us carry the luggage from the gate to the riad. The guy at the reception was nice too. The location is ok once you remember how to get to the place.

We asked for the transfer but the driver was almost 20 minutes late. Then we spent almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to appear at the reception. The room was very dark, mild and smelled of cats terribly. There is no window except a small one over the door. The bathroom is tiny and definitely needs some cleaning and renovation. The sink was clogged and we had to brush our teath in the shower… There was no soap in the room, too.
