The location great. The building was historic and the room was large and clean . Breakfast was delicious.

Mohamed at the reception, was delightful and very helpful. However the woman serving breakfast made us feel unwelcome at times . For example the door handle literally fell off in my husband’s hand. She suggested he pulled it off and it was even suggested he pay for it, although this was corrected.

The terrace is gorgeous. The hosts are extremely kind and thoughtful (they prepared breakfast to go for us, the morning we left).

Breakfast could be a bit more fresh and good. The shower was a problem: every time we took one it would flood the bathroom

We liked our bedroom, sitting area & rooftop terrace, we had a very nice breakfast & also had 2 evening meals freshly prepared by the staff. The management really looked after us during our stay , very professional team.

We would have preferred to have been able to pay up front via booking.com before arrival as Fes as it’s not easy to navigate & find an ATM as they require you pay in local currency. We asked for receipts for our room & meal payments but were told to just take a picture. We’ve never been unable to get payment receipt in 30 years of travel.. Our room was very nice apart from the bathroom that was in poor overall condition & damp , at little cost the bathrooms could be upgraded , can’t understand why they haven’t as this situation seems to crop up in other clients reviews .. they have installed an auto air freshener to help with this . The riad is in a very quiet area & we did not feel over comfortable exploring after dark as in other Riads we stayed in during our time in Morocco. But maybe more experienced travelers would more relaxed .

Great staff, good location, common area is very well decorated and comfortable, terrace area has great view

The bathroom is in terrible condition—filthy with a strong moldy odor. The toilet wobbles and leaks, and you have to manually turn the water on and off to fill the tank and flush. On the positive side, the shower has good water pressure and stays hot. However, the bedroom is no better: the floor is extremely dirty, the furniture is outdated and worn, and the bed sheets are old and very thin. The entire experience feels like an old, rundown student dorm—not what you’d expect from a “deluxe room.” If you’re looking for a decent, clean bedroom and bathroom, this is definitely not the place for you!

Beautiful Riad and Hamza who made my stay there very comfortable. The location is also perfect for exploring the old medina. Definitely will be returning 👍🏼
