Tucker at Palm Trace Landings Fort Lauderdale

This is my second time staying at Tucker and I always enjoy my time spent here. It’s definitely my go to when I travel to Fort Lauderdale. I enjoyed my time

Great place to say but not for smokers

Location was excellent. We were near everything needed. Once you connect with the property through chat they respond very fast in an efficient way. We had linen, soap, and others already there, except for laundry detergent. The gym and pool were fair and easy to access. They had modern equipment, weights and threadmills.

The kitchen was not so clean. Some of the cabinets had a bit of weird dust near the dishes. We weren't sure what they were. The oven had a big greasy stain. Check-in was at 4 but at 4 pm the cleaning lady was still there telling me that her boss told her our check.in was 4:30 pm which of course was totally false and I showed her the property instructions and schedule. So we finally got in and discover the things described PLUS a broken part of the center table in the living room. The repair guy came that same day just shouting to open and we were in the shower. Then he just entered with his own code and I had to come out in my towels from the shower to show him where it was. By the way, it scared my daughter as she was hanging out in the living room and the guy just came in in a loud voice. I'd say they need more manners.

There were no clear instructuions to manage the trash

The interior of the apartment looks just like the pictures. What made this property horrible was the lack of concern when it comes to responding to a major issue. The plumbing in the master bathroom stopped working the first night upon arrival. An email was sent early enough to have a plumber come out. Nothing so then there was another issue with the second bathroom. The company was notified by email and still nothing was done to correct the issue. Then there was another email sent advising of ants and what was the status of the plumber. In every email it was the same sorry apologize but nothing to fix it. I will never go back to this property or any property associated with Tucker. I ultimately left and still have not heard back from management or anyone.

Clean, well equipped. Good size for a family

Place looked impeccable on Expedia site. Upon arrival, we realized that it was nothing like the pictures. Unit was a refurbished old old apartment with a terrible paint job, defective appliances and broken sofa bed, mattress coils were busted, cracking wood frame, bath tissue holder broken, paper towel missing, dirty dishes, broken coffee mugs. It is a nice location. An experienced hospitality team and a little tlc, can instantly improve the experience. Can’t relax on a vacation in a place where bed creeks and sofa sinks.

Location was very convenient. Publix grocery store within 3 minute walking distance. Easy to get around by car. Close to airport and all amenities.
