Modern look, good size, coffee and tea with creamers, plenty of towels

coffee cups were old and stained need replacing, my feet were dirty from the floors they need better cleaning, some water seemed to be bleeding up between flooring in 2nd bathroom

The check in / check out process is straight forward. Responsive and helpful text line with Kasa. Units themselves were okay with respect to cleanliness and maintenance. Somewhat deceiving that the apartment units themselves are long term rental units that are rented to Tucker and short term booked through Kasa. Palm Trace Landings cannot support on location issues or feedback.

Great property

The units are nice and spacious. We were in a 3 bedroom. There was a problem with the pull out, but fortunately one of our party did not stay, so we did not need it. The electronic door lock worked to let us in, but then would not work to lock when we had to leave. We text and were told it would lock automatically in 30 secs. It did not and was not locked upon our return. We text again (around 11pm), after many "tries" and code changes, maintenance was sent out at about midnight and we were given keys. The only other problem with this place is that we could only reserve one parking spot, we had 6 guests and 2 cars. We have family close by, so we made it work, but if we didn't, we would have had to find a place to pay to park another car. Exceptions should be made for the larger units due to the fact that there may be more than one family. Overall though, we would stay here again due to the convenient location and the quick response to the issue we encountered with the door lock.

The pool was great, nice and clean! Location was very convenient! Would definitely stay here again!!

The WiFi password we were given at check in was incorrect, I reached out that day but we didn’t receive the new one til the next day
