I didnt stay at the property. On reaching the property the receptionist said that all the rooms were booked

In your app booking, arrival time all are confirmed. But after reaching the hotel reception they told us that I have no any reservation in their hotel. It's horrible. Don't play like this with your customer. If you have no command over this hotel please don't list on your website or app
