Location was still ok. Getting cabs was not much difficult from here. Not too far from railway station as well.

Staffs were utterly rude. They had no rooms of the category they had shown in the booking.com platform. They are operated by OYO and the booking made on platform will be confirmed by oyo and not the hotel themselves. They put all the blame on OYO and asked us to never book in future from this platform. They also did not provide any complementary water bottle in the room in the scorching heat because the booking was not from OYO app. It was a pathetic experience for us. The AC was not working effectively and their bathroom also stink very bad. There were trash in the corridor infront of most of the rooms and we could also see dust, broom stick on the leftover plates. No house keeping or cleaning staffs paid attention to remove those trash or used plates from the corridors. Staffs had no manner of speaking and did not do or take. Initiative to make our stay comfortable.
