Not at all user Friendly place. i reached the hotel at 9 for check-in.they charged 30% extra charges for 2 hrs early check-in. Next day was my check out I had my flight at 8pm and I had to check-out by 5pm. The staff had made such a scence and forced me to pay 30% extra. Not at all recommended to stay. I stayed at many places did not find such a commercial place. No sensitivity to situations and not at all understanding the situation of the guests. NOT RECOMMENDED

We were a group of 9 people and reached at 2:00 AM. I had already informed the property about our time of arrival. But when we arrived the staff first told that no such booking exist in my name. Then he told that the booking has been cancelled and demanded extra money and he did not allow us to enter unless we paid the full amount including the extra amount. We had no other option but to agree to what he said. I had also booked a triple room but the same was not provided and no extra bed was also provided. The staff also charged Rs. 30 per bottle of water which should be complimentary or else Rs. 20 maximum but forcibly charged us.

The staff were very cooperative polite and courteous at this hotel. Excellent services, clean room, comfortable bed.

Large size, neat and clean rooms. Worth for money, a nice stay with experienced staff members. Nice bed with nice mattresses and pillow. Great services.
