Worst room service. Bed cover, pillow ...etc pathetic.. even after cancelation for remaining 1 day ..my money dint got refunded..

"Poor"

The Hastings club is not good for family, very poor Behavior of the manager. 2nd time no one will visit this hotel. Very poor cleaning . They should treat to customers friendly.

Proper cleaning and good attitude. Changing of bed sheets and towels.

"Horrible experience in Kolkata"

Just the pictures on Booking.com and NOTHING ELSE

Booked a room for 3, but didn't get what we saw in the pictures of booking.com Instead we got a very small room and had to change it as we 3 could not fit in there because of the small beds. They even took extra payment for changing the room. The washroom had water clogging and they did not fix it even after requesting them to. The hotel even charged for water as they said there are no complimentary water or any extra service if booked via booking.com
