Kan Tulum Hotel

Kan Tulum does not prioritise independent travellers. At various times, the restaurant and pool were closed for private events. When they were open, ingredients were missing for food and drink options. Private events played loud music late into the evening. The hotel doesn't provide a relaxing environment, neither are downtown or the beach close to the hotel, so it's easy to feel stuck We cut a week-long stay to less than two days.

What a dreamy stay! Felt like we were in the treetops. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in and the decor is absolutely beautiful. We are avid travellers and this hotel has been on of our fave stays. Sergio at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for food and cenotes. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely calming hotel that feels like your in an oasis, with its own cenote & spa on site where we enjoyed a gorge massage. Beds super comfy 😴
