Kan Tulum Hotel

The building itself is very unusual and architecturally pleasing to the eye. I loved how it felt very blended into the nature around it and of course it has it's own Cenote which I would swim in first thing in the morning!! A reallu beautidul and unique experience to stay at Kan Tulum

I hired a scooter to get around as it's not really walking distance to Tulum Centro or the beach areas so you either need your own transport or taxi's to get about.

Great rooms, clean and lovely pool. Very little room privacy while also being able to look out the window. Excellent restaurant

Tried to hire bikes through the hotel however on receiving them they were rusty, had no brakes, no helmets and couldn’t adjust the seats. Would not advise doing this. Location wise, it is far away from other tulum amenities therefore you have to walk through massive rain filled pot holes taking up the entire road to get to restaurants/facilities. Not walkable at all

A magical location that makes you feel like you are inside the jungle, we had the room with the private bath on the roof but it rained a lot during our stay so we could not use it too much but it was still very nice.

We only stayed for two nights so it was ok but I don't think the cleaners came because they didn't make the bed. It's not a big issue. Also, I put something on-top of the wardrobe and it was covered in dust.

Breakfast in the hotel was lovely and the staff there were great. The design is very unique and beds comfortable.

It was quite noisy, construction was going on around the hotel most of the day, a fire was lit one day making smoke in our bedroom and room /bathroom design (dripping shower inside the bedroom) made it harder to relax. The main pool area flooring is very uncomfortable and loungers need an upgrade.

Dusche ist ein bisschen umständlich, weil alles nass wird, kein TV, der Weg zum Hotel ist etwas abenteuerlich

La vue de notre chambre !!!! Super literie, décor et ambiance jungle de l’hôtel très jolie! Petit déjeuner en supplément au restaurant de l’hôtel très bon mais tarif élevé. À proximité des restaurants et des plages (même si il faut être véhiculé car les routes ne sont pas éclairés et les premiers restaurants à distance de voiture 5/10min) Aussi la possibilité de faire des activités tel que Yoga & massage mais que nous n’avons pas testés

Sans hésiter la route qui mène à l’hôtel chemin quand on arrive pas gourdronne il faut rouler doucement. Un effort pourrrait être fait sur ce point. Aussi, les matelas de piscines pas très propres et la piscine non plus (cela ne donne pas trop envie de se baigner) mais je pense que c’est à cause des arbres ou les feuilles tombent dedans Pas de pommeau de douche mais comme dans plusieurs hôtel
