Le fait que tout soit payant...même pour juste un café le matin. Les prix de la nourriture au resto sont gonflés. Le gars à la réception propose des services de taxi à 3 4 fois le prix de la normal.

Sehr schöne Anlage fühlt sich an wie mitten im Dschungel. Bequeme Betten, mehrheitlich sehr freundliches Personal, welches auch gut Englisch spricht.

Beim Badzimmer hat das Design definitiv über die praktische Anwendung gesiegt. Badewanne mit Regendusche hoch oben ohne Spritzschutz ist nicht die beste Idee ... das Badzimmer ist somit nach jedem Duschen geflutet. Auch sonst hat man beim Badezimmer leider gespart. Gespart hat man auch bei der Hoteleinfahrt ... mit einem normalen PW wirds ziemlich holprig. Frühstück war sowohl bei der Auswahl als auch bei der Umsetzung das schlechteste auf unserer Mexikoreise. Darauf besser verzichten und anderswo geniessen.

- Ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen. Wie überall in Tulum braucht man ein Auto, Motorrad oder Fahrrad um rumzukommen. Gute Cafés sind in der Nähe - eigene Cenote in der Anlage - Schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile - Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal - Essen im Restaurant ist super lecker

- Badewanne statt Dusche, durch die man leider schnell das Bad flutet, wenn man nicht aufpasst

Le cadre était très beaux , les chambres sont spacieuse avec une belle vue .

Les travaux , réveiller tout les matins à 7h à cause des travaux , le personnel un peu inexistant ... la localisation difficile d'accès sans gps étant donner que la zone le capte pas . Dommage

Very pretty to look at definitely instagram worthy. But not functional or polished.

On the surface its beautiful and you can take some cute photos. But functionally there were issues in our standard day to day. Showers are odd water gets everywhere. On the blinds, walls and wooded window frame as well as the floors even when trying to be careful. I imagine after a few years there will be mold and water damage issues. Already saw black mold growing on the window roller blinds next to the shower. Only one bottle of soap for the tub so no hand soap or soap in the little kitchenette area for washing hands or the plates we used. Pool was already showing signs that the paint on the walls were chipping off in large chunks which made the pool look run down. We only stayed here for 2 days and were out exploring most of the day so for what it was it was a good stay. But i wouldn’t stay here longer than a couple of days.

Das Hotel ist ein wahres Paradies. Schaut genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Echter Geheimtipp. Außergewöhnlich schön und absolut zum weiterempfehlen!

Die Baustelle! Diese hat uns die Tage echt vermiest und normal gehört das Hotel in so einem Zustand geschlossen. Ab 07:30 Uhr ging der Lärm bis bis 17:00 Uhr abends. Das Personal redet sich nur mit beschwichtigen Lügen raus. Ein Frühstück haben wir als Kulanz bekommen. Leider sehr enttäuschend.
