Luxe Studio Apartment in Leeds

I arrived at the place but all doors were locked and on the phone the guy wasn’t helping and then he didn’t pick it up anymore ! So, I was left with nothing and had to find a plnither place to go to. I think this is a scam -‘d that place doesn’t exist , otherwise why not so bf a Visio call

I couldn’t get in, all doors were locked from the outside ! The way to access the building didn’t exist, both of the doors inf front or behind were locked. So , I didn’t access it

Upon arriving at the key collection location, I discovered that the code for the key safe did not work. I called the provider to see what was going on, only to be told that the apartment was not available due to a leak, and there were no other rooms or apartments free. Due to time and budget, I was unable to secure any other lodgings (I had booked the location well in advance and was lucky to get it). I spent the end of the evening essentially sleeping rough in a small park on the outskirts of Leeds city centre.

Getting access into the building was terrible. Poor communication. Please go to rear of building and push open the fire escape door? No. The door obviously was locked. I had to wait for someone going into the building to allow me in. Once finally in I have no complaints. If your communication was better than you have a nice place

Nothing what so ever this should be taken of booking.com as a matter of fire safety and health and safety

We paid but didn’t stay. No key for the door, the fob for any of the other adjoining doors and told to use a fire escape that does not fit fire regulations

Good location and size. I received a call a few hours prior to us arriving to discuss the collection of the key. Spent a couple of minutes finding the property (it may be worth putting a What3Words location for the entrance) but it was easy enough. The bed was super comfortable. It was good for the price we paid during a festival weekend!

Not the cleanest place but that wasn't an issue for us. The biggest problem is that the whole apartment smelled like sewage. We kept the bathroom door closed and that prevented the smell permeating the lounge/bedroom somewhat, but I'm glad we weren't in the room much.

There is no room this guy just advertised on booking.com just to take people's money and when you get to the property ,you find out there is no property

Nothing it was really bad service and they told me i have to check in at 6 which is not acceptable we waited outside for more than 2 hours never came back again. And i would like to refund my money please

The room was very dirty no toilet paper

we were told to go to a different building at the top of Leeds to collect our keys, we went all the way up there to be told no your keys are at the other building after having to ring the owner! we were told multiple times that someone would be down to let us in!! Nobody ever turned up and the owner stopped answering our calls!! We had to wait for a member of the public to open the door to retrieve the keys that were just left in an unlocked post box for anyone to take. The apartment also stunk of drains which was not pleasant after waiting over an hour outside to get in! Without the service at the start of the stay, we may have been able to over look it.
