Lage, großer Balkon, großes Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, jedoch Reinigung aller Gegenstände vor Gebrauch erforderlich.

Küche schmutzig, in Schubladen noch angefangene Packungen Süßigkeiten von früherem Gast, Tisch nicht abgewaschen, Arbeitsfläche der Küche klebrig, Kühlschrank ebenso. Bei Ankunft abends alle Fenster und Türen offen bei Aussentemperatur 12 Grad Celsius, Zimmer mit winziger elektrischer Heizung nicht mehr aufzuwärmen. Kein Personal vor Ort, lediglich Hilfskraft am nächsten Morgen zum Bezahlen. Aussentür des Gebäudes gesamte Nacht offen.
