GBGreat location on the Ha Giang Loop. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and option to eat at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. I would happily stay here again.

CANice hotel quieter part of town, no complaints
DEReally good value for money. Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast. Restaurant for dinner also available if you are tired after a long day. Room had everything you need. Staff was very friendly and even organised another heater for us.
Despite the heater, the room was still cold. Unfortunately, the AC doesn’t have a heating function and a small heater is not enough to warm the entire family room (maybe it’s okay for the smaller rooms). Shower only hot for a short time so you have to hurry up.
