GBLast minute booking. Doing Hai Giang loop & desperately needed a good nights sleep & a hot shower. All needs met & hardest working man was always there to assist, couldn’t ask for more.
Marble stairwell was very echoing & breakfast rush woke me up. Other than that nothing. A great place to stay.

PLThe room was nice and clean, and the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. The service was kind and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable for a great night's sleep.
One area for improvement would be the heating during the winter months (December, January, February). It can get too cold to stay comfortably, and while a fan heater was provided, it was insufficient to properly warm the room. Having a night lamp would be a good idea.
CAStayed here for 1 night while on the Ha Giang Loop and I was so happy. The place is nice, clean and convenient, it comes with great breakfast and the staff is absolutely outside and very friendly, highly recommend if you're passing by and need a place to stay!

LTI had a fantastic experience staying at To To Chan Hotel on the Hà Giang Loop route. The reception staff was absolutely amazing, especially the gentleman who speaks English very well. He was always helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, equipped with both heating and cooling options, making it comfortable no matter the weather. They provide everything you might need during your stay, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. The breakfast was also great, offering a good variety and quality to start the day right. For the price, this hotel delivers maximum value and quality. Highly recommended for anyone traveling the Hà Giang Loop!
VNMy brother and I booked a room during our motorcycle adventure, this was our favorite stays! The family was so lovely, room was new, clean and had a great view. Food was great as well!
