The bathroom smelled really bad. Shower situation is a mess.
GBStaff were friendly, location was a few minutes walk from the main center but an easy walk. Rooms are basic but nice and clean.
Air Con heater didn’t work, we let reception know, they came up straight away and managed to get us a portable heater until it got fixed the next day. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.
GBNice room and very friendly and helpful staff. Wine and some food in the hotel - breakfast was great! We went to their sister restaurant (10min walk across stunning field) and had amazing food there also. Was a bit cold but then you’re on top of a mountain and we were unlucky riding in 5 degree weather this week!

USThe hotel is very basic - ok for a night given the price.
No elevator, no smoke detectors/alarms. No one at the front desk overnight and if a guest unlocks the door to go out, then it remains unlocked. Location is about 15 minutes to old quarter where restaurants are.
PLmy room (303) was big and comfortable. it was facing the main street but there is very little trufic on the road so it was mostly quite. some rooms with two double beds are facing a beautiful valley and have a wonderful view. the guy in the reception, khoung, is very friendly and helpful. he can speak good English which can be very helpful in this part of vietnam, where few people speak English. the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from downtown and the old city but for the price of the room you pay here, it's worth the small effort. there are few restaurants nearby and you can also it in the hotel, so you won't stay hungry..
