Arrived to the accommodation (after driving 5+ hours with 2 dogs) only to be told the accommodation should have been removed from booking.com 2 months previous. Appalling.

"Ok value for money , but could be much cleaner"

The bed was comfy which, and it was close to the centre

When we walked in we were hit with a smell I couldn’t describe, when we opened the oven there was old pizza left in . The freezer wouldn’t close as it was full of ice and unusable.

Location close to city centre

Accommodation was disgusting. Pee in down stairs toilet, dust on bedside cabinets . Every room looked uncleaned . Pots on draining board. Food in cupboards . Never seen a freezer like it .

"Would stay again but would like the niggles sorted out."

The room was fine for the price I paid.

The light in the bathroom didn't work. The TV was just for streaming and didn't have terrestrial channels. These two negatives could be easily fixed especially the bathroom light. This should have been checked prior to a new guest checking in! Finally, The property didn't appear to have a number on the outside wall so this caused a bit of confusion in locating the correct address. Again, easily fixed!
