Kim & James were so friendly. The garden room was spotless and comfortable. Definitely be returning again.😊

Free WiFi, private parking , nice inside. The owners provides coffee 3 in one sashes , milk and tea bags.

It's too close to the house to feel private , the steps to the river side are dangerous and very steep theres no safe hand rail and you have to go through the owners private garden to get there. When you get there you had to clean the chairs off yourself.The breakfast was nice bread, a banana, porridge pot and cereal bar. Not my kind of breakfast at all, so we went to aldi and bought our own so I think it should be room only. I went with my friend and the shower is in the same room with a curtain . The owners are lovely people but it's not for me sorry.

Upon arrival the owner greeted us and showed us the room and made us feel welcome. The room was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay, from milk in the fridge, tea and coffee,, bread, snacks and clean towels. The location suited us due to closeness to the town centre where a family member lives and the little estate is very quiet which was an added bonus. I can highly recommend this accommodation if you require a clean, well located and well equipped room. Many thanks Kim, we will return next time we visit our family.p

I found the property very easily and it was so convenient to get to my daughter's house.train station just down the road.and town was a 2 min walk.

Great little property , basic facilities but perfectly located and spotlessly clean and also breakfast items included which was a lovely touch
