GBA key safe in place very simple- we could have done with instructions on where the Key safe is situated, but only took 5 minutes to work it out.

IEGBWhat a gorgeous find! Downstairs is a fantastic size with an open living/dining room, good sized kitchen, a utility area, and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs has 3 good sized, super comfy, bedrooms and a bathroom. The decor throughout is lovely, and the little touches and art work here and there are fab. The views of the marina out the front are stunning, and you can also watch the steam train go by. Also, our host was super helpful and sent us a list of things to do and see in the area, as well as dining recommendations. So glad we stayed here. It's also well situated with a marina car park just across the road, shops and amenities very close by and the ferry across to Dartmouth is a short walk/drive away.
The stairs to the property aren't the easiest, especially with luggage. Whilst we managed, I'm not sure everyone would. But if you can, the house is definitely worth it.

We were a bit confused about the food in the cupboard and the top bedroom occupied- the cleaning cupboard was open which is why we went through the rope. There were no cleaning cloths to be found.
