"Great hotel!"

The staff were friendly. When I came back to pick up my stored backpack, the front desk had collected my hat and headphone that I carelessly had left in the room and gave them back to me. Muchas gracias!!

The soundproof isn’t very good, so the hotel provides earplugs.

"Nice place but a few things could be improved at such a price"

Nice location in the middle of Guanajuato. Nice garden , bar on roof top and pool . Good quality coffee . Good king size bed

That the room did not have a window to open . At 6.15 in the morning they started to clean the kitchen next door to our room , moving furniture , washing - very loud . Although we wanted to get up at 8 - we were woken up at 6.15 !!! Really bad for such a hotel . No real apologies received - just a “ we are sorry” .
