"Great hotel in the center of the city"

Great location, right in the center of the city. Friendly staff, good amenities in the room, great rooftop bar and café. We upgraded our room (Junior Suite) to the Presidential Suite and it was great. Very big, with views of the city. The rooftop bar was a highlight - probably the best one in town.

Very minor, but the mini fridge didn't get refilled during our stay

The design was very thoughtful, lots of privacy with different seating areas, comfortable pool and bar area with fantastic views, and a wonderful restaurant on the property.

Not much comes to mind! They could upgrade the cushions on the outdoor seating.

I like the hotel design, which is unique with a European style and aesthetic stones. It looks much better than the pictures on Booking.com. Besides that, the room didn’t seem old at all. It was very spacious and comfortable. The pool and bar have a fantastic view, and you can see both the sunset and sunrise over the entire city. The food is good, and the service is excellent. I would literally love to spend my whole day at the hotel! We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!"

I loved a lot of things about this property! The vibe of the hotel was very young, trendy and comfortable! The staff were so incredibly helpful and the room was so comfortable. Great bed great hot shower. 10/10

"Absolutely stunning hotel with a view to die for!"

OH MY did I love this hotel. I got sick the day of my flight and I ended up having to stay in bed for about 3 days and let me tell you, I chose the right hotel to be sick in. I absolutely loved my room, it was huge, and had the most incredible views! I ordered all my food to my room and the food was absolutely incredible. Some of the best food I've had in Mexico. I would stay again!

I really loved everything, the room service phone didn't work, so I had to walk down to the restaurant to order my meals and because I was sick, that was a bit of an issue. That is really my only complaint.

Everting, it’s so unique, comfortable, staff is so friendly and polite.

The pool, the coffee and sweet bread is a plus.
