Being called by staff about checking out time

We were disappointed with the facilities due to false advertising stating it had a private bathroom but on arrival we soon realised it was a shared bathroom with another room. The entire stay the residence were extremely noisy throughout the day and late into the night. Slamming doors constantly, loud conversations, shouting at times and TV blaring. In the day the door leading into the main house was something open with loud appliances being used. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV apps did not work. There was a window on the side of the room near the head of the bed that looked into the main house, although frosted you could still clearly see colours, and silhouettes etc. We could see people leaving and arriving into the house each time.

The room was lovely and clean, and it was a great size.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, cosy, and had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like shower gel and shampoo provided — such a bonus when travelling light. The fan was a lifesaver because of the heat and made the space super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The room is very comfortable and includes everything you need. A fridge, a kettle, desk, large TV, fan and sufficient plug points. Access to the room is completely private and separate. The room and bathroom were very clean and in general we enjoyed our stay here.

I wasn't thrilled to see that the private bathroom was not in our room - it is outside the room down a short corridor. However, the corridor was completely closed off from the main house and it was very private and clean. The check-in time is quite late compared to other rooms/hotels. Not a problem, but just something I wish I had noted sooner.

Good location and reasonably quiet.

The TV had no available channels to view. Tea and coffee making facilities poor. Milk very bad taste and coffee granules was for a filter coffee assembly, therefore bring your own. Parking not available outside so park further up the road.
