Rooms in Surrey

Good location, we were very close to Thorpe park only about 30mins by bus. Room was very clean when we arrived, the pictures do not do it justice. The host was amazing, had quick replies and great service. Amenities were good, there was an electric heater, a fan, cutlery, plates, a fridge, a kettle, towels and tissue.

The only thing was that people in the conjoining house use the hallway where the private bathroom is, but the bathroom was only used by ourselves, the water was nice and hot.

It was clean, basic and the host was helpful. It had everything we needed for a stop over before heading to Heathrow for an early flight

I did not like anything about this property.

1. The room was not ready as at arrival time at 7pm, although check in time was 5pm. 2. The bed is flat and uncomfortable. 3. Only one plug was available. 4. The lightings had only one control switch and the bulbs were directly on the head rest of the bed. 5. Marketed as parking is available, but this is not true, had to park on the street on the other side of the road.

There was no milk

The room was clean and nice, the bathroom was big and well equipped, with gels and even shampoos.

Nothing, all was great

Good size space, there was also a desk! There was a fan as well which is great! Tea, coffee and sugar were provided. There was a kettles, mugs, plates, forks and spoons. Bathroom was good and had a bidet on the toilet.

It isn't a five star property but you shouldn't expect that for the price! We were pleasantly surprised. The only issue was that sometimes there were loud noises in the hallway where the toilet was.

Spacious room for 2. Comfortable bed, pillows, free WiFi, shower essentials, towel provided. Good size fridge (with milk provided) Nice deco and clean. Easy to access. Ideal for an short overnight stay.

There was only 1 double socket that we could find. Could I suggest providing an extension lead on request? Otherwise, everything else brilliant.
