Rooms in Surrey

It was close to thorpe park, easy parking and it was comfy and nice for what we needed. Shops were local to it and it was easy to get to.

The room didn't have a television so in the evening we were watching stuff on our phones. It was attached to the house which wasn't a massive problem but it was loud at night as where the bed was you could hear the family going out the front door which did wake us up a couple of times.

Comfortable bed and accommodating facilities

The "private" bathroom is connected to the rest of the house via a hallway, so isn't 100% private. Also, other people's used belongings were in the bathroom.

Shower was ok bed ok but low

No chairs or,table, small amount of worktop no door mat,coat hooks, No info on WiFi no USB port, cold flooring , had to ask for tea spoon n sugar. Very basic.

The room was spotlessly clean and neat. It was also a really good size with cupboards and hangers, an iron and coffee, tea and a kettle provided. It was also easy to find and the on street parking was safe. The bathroom was lovely with a large walk in shower.

We had booked for 2 people and the bed is not comfortable for two unless you are very small people. It was also very low and difficult to get up from and the slatted base was felt under a not so thick mattress. There was only one cup, no teaspoon or even a small plate. The kettle water tasted awful as if the kettle had been cleaned with soap and not rinsed out. There was also only one small towel for two people and there was no toilet paper provided. We had to find a store to purchase some.

Nothing. It was awful. The first bad experience on booking.com.

No TV. Freezing cold room. The heating was turned on only from 5-9pm. Dirty bedding. Very unpleasant and unprofessional hosts. Avoid this place.
