The location was excellent to access both the upper and lower town. The information to get into the apartment was very clear and arrived with the appropriate amount of time before we entered the apartment. We really appreciated having free laundry on site.

There was no hand soap, but maybe that was just something accidentally missed. When booking, I missed the part about extra fees, and so it ended up being a little bit more expensive than we had planned for. But it was still good value for money.

Very good location, the room was comfortable and the host ensured we got to check in early.

There was a little stairs up after the elevator but was not an issue for us
