Wally Apartments by Flat White - With Elevator

Lokacija smještaja je odlična: Trg bana Josipa Jelačića je odmah iza zgrade, sve je na dohvat ruke - i tramvaj i supermarketi. Parkirate auto na kružnom dok se smjestite, a poslije u "Langov trg Garaža", koja je udaljena par minuta hoda.

Kako je stara zgrada, lift je urađen naknadno i sam lift je odličan, ali se zaustavlja na međupodestima, tako da imate jedan stepenišni krak sići/ popeti se, u zavisnosti da li izađete na 2. ili 3. spratu. Imali smo dječija kolica koja smo morali snositi/ uznositi uz te jedne stepenice, ali to uopšte nije bilo strašno niti zahtjevno. Značilo nam je da smo blizu trga smješteni, da se možemo brzo vratiti u smjaštaj u slučaju potrebe zbog bebe.

die Lage ist top,das Aparzement ist getäumig,leider ist die Wohnzimmetcouch sehr klein u.für 2 sehr unbequem. Für eine Nacht gehts,länger ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig. Modern eingerichtet. Personal top.

Rekla bih najbolji apartman ikada. Sve pohvale :) Vrlo lijepo, moderno. Vlasnik vrlo profesionalan, ljubazan i spreman pomoci.

Blizina trga

Kompliciran ulazak u objekt,lift za jednog čovjeka sa prtljagom,preuređeni balkon sa škripavim podom,crijevo od tuša kruto i neekonomično,buka sa ulice( odvoz smeća cijelu noć,pijani ljudi koji stvaraju buku),nema parkinga a onaj kojeg su mi domaćini preporucili je bio pun,sofa stara i prljava

Die top Lage, die Sauberkeit, alles da für einen Kurzurlaub, Restauranttipps und Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Location 11/10. Spacious enough, exactly what we were hoping for. Surprisingly warm. Would come again!

Could do a bit better with the pre arrival cleaning; I would call the apt clean and there were clothes probably from a previous tenant under the bed and in a shelf from the wardrobe. A tenant from an adjacent apartment kept using the washing machine in the middle of the night and from ap2 you can probably hear it a lot louder than the others since it’s right next to it. Since the location is so central in the old town, there are a lot of drunkards that yell outside a lot during the evenings/nights, but that’s the tradeoff for the good location. Also, we probably just had a bad timing but there were renovating/building something next door and there was a lot of building noise + workers + dust unfortunately.

We booked this apartment super last minute after being let down by our original booking in another appartment, and they accomodated us so quickly. We booked at 16:15 and was checked in by 16:30. The building was easy to find, and it has a lift which was very helpful. The apartment itself is so clean and spacious. We found the bed comfortable and the apartment felt nice and warm, even on the colder days. Also has aircon for the warmer days. There are 2 massive wardbrobes in the bedroom so you wont be short on space to put your clothes! The bathroom was nice and clean, and small bottle of shampoo and conditioner were provided. Lovely spacious shower as well. There were also some coffee pods and teas provided in the kitchen which were very appriciated as hot drink drinkers. And they were some of the nicest teas we have had before! There is a table and chairs to eat your meals at, and a nice large sofa and a TV. Overall we were very very happy with the apartment and would absolutely book again if returning to Zagreb!

Nothing! But maybe a couple of small improvements I could suggest! Coat hooks would be nice, and there's a perfect place next to the door to put some hooks, would be very handy! Also the kitchen is very small and the apartment is very spacious, some extra shelving or cupboards for putting food would also be very helpful! Maybe also providing some kitchen roll as well, but thats not a must! Just some suggestions :) But would absoluetly return reguardless.
