Location was good.

Floor was dirty. Kitchen dishes and utensils were not clean (e.g greasy and dried food on plates), other people’s hair on bedsheets.

Tolle Lage am Markt und mittendrin. Einfacher elektronischer Zugang inkl. Aufzug (nicht ganz stufenfrei). Super Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht und viel Platz, sogar inkl. L'Occitane-Pflegeproben.

Man hört die Tauben auf der Fensterbank, dafür kann aber der Anbieter nichts!

Central location, spacious, in good working order, well manged

Noise from outside early morning (the market and construction noise start at 4am), small bathroom, no breakfast / starter provisions - a welcome bottle of milk would be appreciated.
