"Fantastic stay at Henry's Cottage"

It was an absolute pleasure to spend a few days at Henry's cottage. It is furnished to the highest standards and is situated in the most picturesque area. Our hosts Alice and Ian were so lovely and all our needs were catered for- the tea/coffee tray and fresh eggs was a lovely touch. I only wish we could've stayed for a few more days! We would highly recommend Henry's cottage and would love to stay again in the near future. Paula and Phil

"Peaceful, restful and simply stunning....a gem in the Yorkshire Dales."

Location was fabulous, cottage was very cosy and charming with a super comfy bed and fantastic shower, you could tell that a lot of love had been put into this renovation. The fresh milk and eggs made for a very tasty breakfast and we enjoyed talking the short cut through the fields to the local pub The Red Lion. Lots of fabulous walks on your doorstep and the scenery is just stunning. We meet our hosts Ian and Alice who were super friendly.

Very good communication with the host. They were very helpful and provided us with a travel cot. Beautiful location and very convenient to where we needed to be.

Only a small point but a microwave would have been really useful for heating the milk up and sterilising the milk bottles for our baby. That’s not their fault though!

The cottage is in a perfect location, with beautiful walks into the countryside, straight from the front door. It is a short walk to the pub and cafe in Burnsall, where are both very good. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Hosts were friendly and helpful when we couldn't work out the tv!

Quiet location, spotlessly clean and every home comfort. Lovely surroundings. Made to feel very welcome. Friendly host who provided eggs and milk. Top quality bed linen and towels. Excellent stay, will be back.
