"Excellent Value - Enjoyable Stay."

Just a short stroll from the seaside. Very welcoming staff. Alex the Manager is friendly and helpful. The single room, though small, was very comfortable and had nearly everything that I required. Spacious bathroom. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Good night's sleep. Excellent Value.

Lift not working - not a problem for me but something to bear in mind if it would be for you. No Fan in the room - something that is fast becoming an essential. Nothing else for the price.

Good location, clean sheets, cheap price.

Room was quite dirty - the kind of room you keep your shoes on in and wear sandals in the shower. Uncomfortable bed, a lot of noise from other rooms. Not sure what we should have expected for 50GBP/night but this was below that.
