The Roman Hotel

The wallpaper looked like it was falling off, the bed was really uncomfortable, there was no hot water, and there was rubbish left in the cupboard.

Good Welcome Staff, Free Car Park in the front of the hotel and a good Breakfast.

The room was poor with a small monitor TV above the wardrobe. Poor shower that still had hair from the last user and it needed a good clean, hence we could not use it, and the bathroom main light was out.

The room was dusty, dirty bed sheets,broken wardrobe,bad odour coming from dirty carpets,

I was able to park and the Seaview were the only positives.

The whole stay as the place is very run down and outdated. The room was the most basic you could find,out of 6 lights only three had light bulbs in,the place was covered in dust especially the blinds and window sills.The windows wouldn't shut,the toilet roll holder was broken.The doors were tight to open and shut,the kettle lid broken.Worst of all the shower came out boiling hot so unable to shower whatsoever! Avoid this place even if it's free to stay the night!!! I paid £62 for a family room fool me.

Bathroom tiny couldn't even fully open the door without knocking toilet seat off. Sea view but the window double glazing had failed, also the window wouldn't open. Old non matching bedding. Felt like we were staying in someones spare room rather than a hotel.

Everything it was filthy tv didn’t work shower didn’t work room hadn’t been cleaned windows was broken couldn’t open them carpet was full of grime I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
